All booking fees are non refundable but are transferable to a revised date, provided the contract is unchanged and the event date is available. The booking fee agreed by the client is to be paid when this booking form is returned. The payment balance must be cleared in the event carrier’s Bank 20 days prior to the event date the Wedding Horse and / or Horse and Carriage are required unless otherwise prior agreement has been agreed and arranged. (i.e.Short notice booking under 30 Days prior to event when payment must be made in full to Asian Wedding Horses to confirm booking). Whilst every effort is made to carry out this contract, Asian Wedding Horses reserve the right to alter the contract and services included due to any circumstances beyond their control. (Weather, Traffic, Breakdown, Horse illness, Act of God, etc.) Note: We will arrive at your address 1 hour approximately before we are required to leave unless you wish to make other arrangements.. Payment of a deposit signifies acceptance of the carriers booking terms and conditions. If balance of total amount due has not been paid to the carrier in full 20 Days prior to your event date, unless otherwise agreed, the booking shall be deemed to be null and void, and the deposit shall be forfeited. Client is responsible for timely payment of balance, and no reminder will be sent. Fireworks will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and the Handler / Coachman reserves the right to leave if deemed necessary.
